Talk about a "real" Smash-up!...

This story has been in the news for the past week. Seems Bristow Virginia native Mona Shaw reached wit's end--and rather than waiting another moment for her "Triple Play" service--decided to pay a visit to the Comcast offices (hammer in hand).
